Supporting CMS Section 1940 and Office of Program Integrity’s “front door” deterrents to fraud, states want their AVS to return more than financial and real property assets. Softheon Verify AVS incorporates more verification data sets like citizenship/alien status incarceration, SSN verification, duplicate applicant, and out of state beneficiary recipient, is MITA-aligned, CMS certified and built for multi-agency use. Softheon successfully deployed the Verify portal and integrated it into MMIS twice in the past 12-months, with a third state on the way. Softheon is changing how states meet CMS and state AVS mandates.
