Tammy Barkhoff, MSPM, PMP

Tammy Barkhoff is a Project Manager and also serves as the Data Manager supporting the Missouri Medicaid agency’s data governance initiative and MMIS modularization efforts. Tammy has her Master’s in Project Management and is PMP certified. She has more than 25 years of project, program, and portfolio management experience, as well as, organizational process and quality improvement, including leading a division within one of the largest education publishing and assessment companies in the world to CMM Level 4. Tammy has extensive experience working with state and federal governments to implement large assessment programs, and currently, provides daily oversight and strategy execution of the Missouri Medicaid agency’s enterprise-wide data governance and data quality framework.
