Shannon M. Stotenbur

Ms. Stotenbur is Vice President of Business Development for Optum Government Solutions. In her role, she works closely with stakeholders to build and maintain effective, quality relationships and drive development across her territory. Prior to Shannon’s work with Optum, she was the Director of Communication and Engagement with the Michigan Public Health Institute playing a strategic role in advancing and synthesizing relationship coordination across systems. Shannon has extensive experience working at the Community, State and Federal levels building partnerships that foster innovative approaches to achieving success. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Ferris State University and a Master’s Degree from Michigan State University.
