technology implementations and analytics for Health and Human Services, focusing primarily on
Medicaid programs. During his time with Deloitte, Matt has served as a trusted business advisor to an
array of state Medicaid agencies and has led the implementation of multiple analytical solutions
focusing on the oversight and management of Medciaid Managed Care Programs. Matt recently led the
implementation of a solution that leverages a machine learning model to assists PA in identifying
provider network and Access to Care issues.
