Josh Klemm is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Assistant Director of the Bureau of All Payer Systems and Informatics with the New York State Department of Health.
 
Mr. Klemm also serves as a Lecturer of Information Systems and Technologies with the University at Albany.  His expertise is in the areas of computer networks and systems; information security and assurance; data architecture, performance tuning, and security; cryptography; SDLC and system design; and data analytics and reporting.
 
Previously, as the New York State Uninsured Care Programs Reporting Unit Manager at the AIDS Institute, Mr. Klemm managed the architecture and administration of the telecommunications and database environments, as well as developed detailed reports analyzing participant/programmatic needs, historical quantitative analysis of participant data, and analysis of health plans and insurance utilization.
