Edward Dolly is the Director for the Division of State Systems within the Data and Systems Group at the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services and has 33 years (and counting) of Information Technology experience. More than 20 of those years were specifically in support of State Government Health IT initiatives, including having served as the Chief Information Officer for the WV Department of Health and Human Resources, the Deputy Commissioner and CIO of the WV Bureau for Medical Services and as the WV State Government Coordinator for Health Information Technology (HIT).
