The Private Sector Technology Group (PSTG) chartered a 2020 Modularity Committee to look at the past three years in the transformation to modular Medicaid Enterprise Systems and where our collective experiences can take us in the future. The Committee is canvassing states and vendors on their experiences, from planning to procurement to implementations and everything in between. In this session, the Committee Co-chairs will present the call-to-action that resulted in the Modularity Committee’s formation and its approach to collecting and analyzing state and vendor experiences. We will also collect information from session attendees to supplement the information we have collected thus far. Finally, we will discuss the next steps and the PSTG’s goals for an actionable work product from the Modularity Committee.
