How innovation and advanced technologies can be used to implement a modular, open architected solution to leverage the State of Connecticut’s most valuable asset, that of data, to drive information-based decisions.

Objectives: Attendees will have a better understanding of how:
  • Connecticut is leveraging innovation and advance technologies to architect a modular, open architecture information management solution.
  • Connecticut is unlocking and utilizing the APCD by designing and developing advanced analytics to transform and leverage data to identify healthcare metrics by clinical stratification for risk-adjusted quality outcomes to provide cost transparency and healthcare affordability
  • The importance of incorporating data related to health equity and the social determinants of health to provide visibility into specific populations.
  • CDAS will provide foundational services to the states’ HIEs to provide
