The Bronx RHIO is an HIE partnering with provider systems in support of delivery system and payment reform initiatives. Learn more about how the Bronx RHIO implemented the IMAT Solutions platform to advance their goals of improving Data Quality and Healthcare Quality Reporting and analytics in the HIE market. In partnership with Bronx Health Access (BHA), the Bronx RHIO developed a quality measure dashboard on IMAT’s platform integrating both HIE-wide EHR data and claims data. This tool provides a more complete view than either BHA's internal EHR data, or their claims data, could on their own, as the RHIO integrates clinical data from competing hospitals and institutions. The dashboard allows comparison of measure performance, with filters for insurance, comorbidities, and demographic factors. It monitors site performance over time and can identify individuals not meeting the measures, for intervention. It allows data export for MCOs so they can see clinical data filling gaps for measures where they lack claims. Since measures are often missed by only a few patients missing a service, this tool offers significant opportunity for both the MCO and provider system.
