The State of Maryland’s Department of Human Services (DHS) is advancing its vision to deliver a network of social services programs from an integrated platform. If you visit the DHS website, the value proposition of having programs “a click away” is starting to come to life with the Long-Term Care application and redetermination. In this session, you will hear more about the underlying decisions, collaboration, and technology tools enabling rapid development of new HHS applications on the MD THINK platform. Discover what outcomes DHS plans to bring forward in the ensuing years. The session will feature a short overview with an interactive Q&A discussion between Subramanian Muniasamy, Maryland’s DHS Chief Technology Officer, and Herb Jordan, his “customer” from Maryland Department of Health.
